About this Role
The Senior Analyst at The Clean Fight is a vital contributor to program management and ecosystem development efforts. This role entails engaging with diverse stakeholders to support the design and execution of high-impact clean energy programs. You will collaborate with the Program and Partnerships teams, gaining exposure to innovative climate technologies and connecting with a broad network of funders, partners, and industry experts. As a critical member of the team, you will spearhead initiatives that drive program growth and stakeholder engagement, playing a major role in propelling The Clean Fight’s mission forward.
Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering world-class programs and major events throughout the year
- Collaborate on the development and execution of program elements, events, and documents
- Support the cohort/partner selection process, including logistics and communication with the selection committee
- Engage with external stakeholders, including startups, customer partners, funders, ecosystem organizations, and industry experts
- Conduct research on industry trends, prospective partners, and market stakeholders to inform strategies
- Draft internal and external communications ensuring clarity and accuracy
- Manage and improve team systems and processes
- Capture and distill meeting notes and support follow-ups
- Support the broader team for analytical or administrative needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in a non-profit, startup, consulting, or banking
- Detail-oriented, conscientious, and strives for excellence
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solutions-oriented and resourceful in a dynamic work environment
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data manipulation
- Ability to quickly learn SaaS tools (Hubspot, Airtable, etc.)
- Success working independently and in teams
