About this Role
The Resolution Foundation is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join the Resolution Ventures team as either a Senior or Principal Investment Manager. This pivotal role supports the management and strategic expansion of the WorkerTech Fund, the UK’s pioneering impact investment fund aimed at enhancing workplace conditions for individuals in low-paying or unstable jobs. Operating since 2020, the Resolution Ventures team has successfully invested in numerous early-stage ventures. The WorkerTech Fund was created in 2025 as a separate impact-first investment entity to further this mission. We are looking for an individual to lead the investment analysis and due diligence processes, contributing to the growth of our investment portfolio and the overall success of our initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead investment analysis and due diligence processes.
- Make key investment recommendations.
- Provide portfolio support to existing investments.
- Identify a pipeline of potential future investments.
- Increase reach and awareness of WorkerTech activities.
- Collaborate with the Director of Ventures and Ventures Manager.
Requirements
- Significant experience in early-stage investment.
- Business expertise with excellent financial and commercial analysis skills.
- Strong interest in improving worker outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work part-time, two days a week, with at least one day in the office.
