About this Role

EWA Capital is searching for a dedicated Operations & Administrative Analyst to manage the internal workings of the team. This role is pivotal in optimizing operational, logistical, and financial processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate keen organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently across multiple operational areas. The selected individual will engage deeply with various functions, contributing to efficient and seamless administrative management.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency across administrative, logistical, and financial processes.
  • Track and map relevant ecosystem events, including conferences, networking opportunities, and VC/startup industry events.
  • Coordinate team travel, including flights, accommodations, schedules, and logistics.
  • Support the planning and execution of events and meetings.
  • Manage documentation for applications to initiatives, philanthropic programs, and strategic partnerships.
  • Handle expense reporting, budgeting, and operational expense tracking.
  • Maintain and organize administrative and financial information.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third parties.
  • Identify and implement operational process improvements.
  • Support cross-functional administrative tasks across the team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, finance, or similar roles.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and execution-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments and small teams.
  • Able to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
